His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales has visited Archbishop’s House, Westminster to meet with Syrian and Iraqi Christians and representatives of those suffering persecution in the Middle East.

Prince Charles attended the gathering, hosted by Cardinal Vincent Nichols, to stand in solidarity with the Christians of the region.

Dr Harry Hagopian, consultant to the Catholic Bishops of England and Wales, told us about the meeting just before heading off to Archbishop’s House in central London.
